Tri Valley Health System understands that family and friends are important for the health and wellness of our patients and wants to encourage visitors. Following are Tri Valley Health System's Visitor Guidelines.
Visitor Guidelines for Assisted Living:
- Visitor Hours are allowed at anytime, but can be limited by Tri Valley Health System Staff or patient.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- All visitors are recommended to wear a mask, clear a health screening at all locations of TVHS.
- No visitors are allowed for patients on isolation precautions, patients with COVID-19, or patients awaiting COVID-19 test results.
Visitor Guidelines for Assisted Living:
- 1-5 visitors per day per resident during the hours of 8am-8pm allowed.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult
- All visitors must wear a mask, demonstrate hand hygiene upon arrival and when leaving, and clear a health screening.
