Patients of Tri Valley Health System now benefit from the latest technological advances that expand patient access to quality emergency care through eEmergency, a program that gives healthcare professionals immediate access to specialty care 24-hours-a-day. eEmergency equipment connects local providers with emergency specialists. eEmergency ensures that board-certified emergency physicians and emergency-trained nurses are available to assist local providers in treating trauma, heart attack, stroke and other critical conditions.

​eEmergency through Avel eCare provides patients with the best possible around-the-clock emergent care. This state-of-the-art technology allows us to ensure immediate availability to a provider upon arrival of any emergency situation.
 
Tri Valley Health System has added two video screens, push-button activation links and microphones to two ER rooms.
 
By utilizing this new equipment, Tri Valley Health System providers, nurses and staff can work with the Avel eCare team of board-certified ER physicians and nurses through video telemedicine to effectively manage trauma situations by coordinating patient transfers, assisting with documentation and providing medical consultation.
