eEmergency through Avel eCare provides patients with the best possible around-the-clock emergent care. This state-of-the-art technology allows us to ensure immediate availability to a provider upon arrival of any emergency situation.

By utilizing this new equipment, Tri Valley Health System providers, nurses and staff can work with the Avel eCare team of board-certified ER physicians and nurses through video telemedicine to effectively manage trauma situations by coordinating patient transfers, assisting with documentation and providing medical consultation.
