Billing
Tri Valley Health System will submit a claim to any insurance company you authorize us to bill. This will be done shortly after services are provided. After your insurance pays, you will begin receiving statements for any remaining balance that are due within 30 days. We accept many types of insurance plans. Please contact us if you have any questions about your insurance plans.
Payment Options and Plans
We would like to work together with you to make payment of your bills as easy as possible. We understand that medical bills are usually unplanned and unbudgeted. You can also make online payments through the patient portal. If this is your first time accessing the patient portal, please contact the registration desk to request your medical record number. If you have any questions or problems with your online payment portal please contact us at 308-697-3155 or [email protected].
