Josh Hill, CRNA, received his Diploma in Nursing from Bryan Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1995 before going on to complete his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan in 2001. In 2005 he graduated from Mount Marty College with his Master of Science in Anesthesia. Josh is currently a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists as well as the Nebraska Association of Nurse Anesthetists where he also serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Denney received his medical degree from Creighton University and specializes in cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology & internal medicine. |
Holly Lashmet, CRNA, graduated from the University of Kansas Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia program in 2004. She served as Chief CRNA for 14 providers in Topeka, Kansas and then became a solo provider on call 24/7 at Community Medical Center in Falls City, NE.
Dr. Kummer received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine and completed his residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. |

He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. |
Dr. Cynthia M. Lewis, MD, is a board-certified hematologist/oncologist. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Dr. Lewis completed her hematology/oncology fellowship and received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha. Dr. Lewis has been in practice since 1996. |

Eric Verploeg, MD holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Iowa, College of Medicine. Born in Omaha, Dr. Verploeg did his undergraduate work at Iowa State. In 1982, after obtaining his MD, he performed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of New Mexico Hospitals in Albuquerque, New Mexico until 1987. A fellowship in Orthopaedic Traumatology then took him abroad to Switzerland and Germany. In late 1987, he returned to the states for Sports Medicine work with Hughston Orthopedic Clinic in Columbus, Georgia and, shortly after, partnered with John R Steadman, MD of South Lake Tahoe, California, during a fellowship focusing in Knee & Sports Medicine until July 1988. Dr. Verploeg holds membership in many professional organizations including the Colorado Orthopaedic Society since 1989 and the Denver Medical Society since 1993. He is a fellow with the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, as well as with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. |
Dr. J Paul Meyer is an Iowa native and has been a long time resident of Grand Island, Nebraska. He received his undergraduate degree in pharmacology and medical doctorate from South Dakota State. Dr. Meyer then completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Kansas. Dr. Meyer is board certified in anesthesiology and anesthesiology & pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
A Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Hinze completed his undergraduate education at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, followed by his post graduate education and primary residency at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and secondary residency in Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is well-known for his exceptional surgical skill and his expertise in wound care management and diabetic disorders of the foot. |
Dr. Russell Carlston is a highly-skilled foot and ankle surgeon. A Colorado native, he attended the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. After that he attended Barry University in Miami, FL, where he earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He went on to complete a three-year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with the added credential in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery at St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston, TX. While in residency, he gained comprehensive training in forefoot, midfoot, and rearfoot surgery, trauma, wound care, diabetic foot care, and reconstructive surgery. |
Dr. Dusty Christensen attended medical school in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Christensen completed a foot and ankle surgical residency in South Bend, Indiana where he trained under renowned surgeons of the University of Notre Dame sports medicine team. Dr. Christensen is a board eligible surgeon through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, in foot surgery and reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery. He is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Christensen manages all aspects of foot and ankle care, including: total ankle replacements, rear foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, ankle arthroscopy, and trauma and sports Injuries Dr. Kenneth McCalla is a board-certified Urologist. He grew up in Laramie, Wyoming, and attended the University of Wyoming, Laramie, Wyoming, where he earned his undergraduate degree. Dr. McCalla completed his medical degree at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska, and finished his internship and residency at St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center, St. Paul, Minnesota. For over 20 years, he has been serving outpatient communities in Nebraska. Dr. McCalla is visiting Tri Valley twice a month. Sally graduated with her degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from UNMC in 2014. She then worked for Tri Valley Health System before taking time off for her family. Sally is now providing care in the Advanced Wound Care Clinic on Thursdays in Cambridge. |
Dr. Kalpesh Ganatra received his medical degree from the University of Mumbai L.T.M. Medical College in Mumbai, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Guthrie Health Care System/Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania. He was appointed as Chief Resident from 2001-2002. He completed his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Fletcher Allen Healthcare/University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. Dr. Ganatra is: Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and Internal Medicine, a Diplomate with the American Board of Sleep Medicine (D, ABSM), and a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society and American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Daniel Gillette is a psychiatrist from Sioux City, Iowa. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He completed his residency at the University of Kansas at Wichita and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico. He is board certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. |
