Holly Lashmet, CRNA, graduated from the University of Kansas Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia program in 2004.  She served as Chief CRNA for 14 providers in Topeka, Kansas and then became a solo provider on call 24/7 at Community Medical Center in Falls City, NE.

Dr. Kummer received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine and completed his residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Johnson received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his fellowship at the  University of Nebraska Medical Center and is board-certified by the American
Board of Internal Medicine with a subspecialty certification in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology.

​Dr. Denney received his medical degree from Creighton University and specializes in cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology & internal medicine.

​Linda Ferrer, MD:

Dr. Denney
​Dr. Ferrer earned her Doctor of Medicine from Los Andes University in Venezuela, graduating with high honors.  She then completed the Cardiology Fellowship Program at Los Andes University Hospital and began practice as a Non-Invasive Cardiologist.  She has completed an Internal Medicine Residency at HCA Brandon Regional Hospital and Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at HCA Healthcare Aventura Hospital & Medical Center in Miami.  Dr. Ferrer is board certified in Internal Medicine and board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Echocardiography. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, and Level II Certified in Cardiovascular CT, Cardiac MRI and Echocardiography.

​Dr. Pankratz received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha in 1992 and he served his residency training at Truman Medical Center/St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

​Dr. Cynthia M. Lewis, MD, is a board-certified hematologist/oncologist. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Dr. Lewis completed her hematology/oncology fellowship and received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha. Dr. Lewis has been in practice since 1996.

Ophthalmology 

Thomas J. Clinch, MD:

Dr. Clinch
​Dr. Clinch received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his Internship at Naval Medical Center in Virginia and his Residency at Ohio State University.  Dr. Clinch provides cataract surgery and YAG procedures at Tri Valley Health System.

Orthopedic Surgery

Dr. Wilkinson
​Dr. Wilkinson completed his medical degree from the University of Nebraska in Omaha. He then completed his residency in general surgery at Maricopa County General Hospital & in orthopedic surgery from Phoenix Integrated Orthopedics.  Dr. Wilkinson offers orthopedic treatment in joint replacement surgery, sports medicine, trauma and general orthopedics.  Dr. Wilkinson also utilizes the Conformis joint replacement system.

​Adam Schapmann, PA-C earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  Adam has been the Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant at Kearney Regional Medical Center since September of 2020.

Ryan Carr, MD:

Dr. Carr is a board-certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in disorders of the shoulder, hip, and knee. Procedures he performs include joint replacement, advanced arthroscopic reconstruction surgery, and fracture management. Dr. Carr received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his surgical residency in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at University of Illinois. Prior to practicing in Denver, he was team physician for both professional and high school sports teams. In 2014, Dr. Carr was awarded the Vernon L. Nickel Research Award from the Orthopedic Research Association.  Dr. Carr offers orthopedic treatment in joint replacement surgery, sports medicine, trauma and general orthopedics.  Dr. Carr also utilizes the Conformis joint replacement system.

​Dr. J Paul Meyer is an Iowa native and has been a long time resident of Grand Island, Nebraska. He received his undergraduate degree in pharmacology and medical doctorate from South Dakota State. Dr. Meyer then completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Kansas. Dr. Meyer is board certified in anesthesiology and anesthesiology & pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Russell Carlston, DPM
Dr. Russell Carlston is a highly-skilled foot and ankle surgeon. A Colorado native, he attended the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. After that he attended Barry University in Miami, FL, where he earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He went on to complete a three-year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with the added credential in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery at St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston, TX. While in residency, he gained comprehensive training in forefoot, midfoot, and rearfoot surgery, trauma, wound care, diabetic foot care, and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Richard Raska attended medical school at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. Dr. Raska completed surgical residency through Southwest Detroit Hospital.  Dr. Raska is a member of American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, American Board of Podiatric Surgeons, Chairman of Nebraska Board of Podiatry and a past President of North Platte Medical Association. He is licensed to practice in Nebraska and is board certified through the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery.  Dr. Raska manages all aspects of his specialty, including:

Dr. Kelpesh Ganatra:

Dr. Kalpesh Ganatra received his medical degree from the University of Mumbai L.T.M. Medical College in Mumbai, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Guthrie Health Care System/Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania. He was appointed as Chief Resident from 2001-2002. He completed his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Fletcher Allen Healthcare/University of Vermont in Burlington, VT.
Dr. Ganatra is Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and Internal Medicine, a Diplomate with the American Board of Sleep Medicine (D, ABSM), and a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society and American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Melissa Hoferer, APRN

Melissa earned a Master of Science Degree, specializing in acute care from the University of Nebraska Medical Center Omaha Division, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She is a member of the the Nebraska Nurse Practitioner and the ANCC.  Melissa has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2018 with experience in cardiology and critical care.

Dr. Shane Smith

Dr. Smith received appointments to both the West Point Military Academy and the United States Air Force Academy. Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in biology from Metropolitan State College, Dr. Smith received his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Iowa. He completed his internship and residency at North Colorado Family Medicine in Greeley, Colorado.  Dr. Smith has an interest in primary care for patients of all ages. He is trained in family practice, obstetrics, pediatrics, and geriatrics. He has specialized training in endoscopy procedures.

Senior Life Solutions​

Dr. Dan Gillette:

Dr. Daniel Gillette is a psychiatrist from Sioux City, Iowa. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.  He completed his residency at the University of Kansas at Wichita and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico.  He is board certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  

Urology

Dr. Robert Santa-Cruz:

Dr. Robert Santa-Cruz is a fellowship-trained, board certified Urologic surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive techniques that treat male and female urologic cancers, urinary incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and sexual dysfunction.  Dr. Santa-Cruz received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine.  He completed his residency in Urologic Surgery from Duke University Medical Center and his fellowship in Urologic Oncology & Laprascopy from the University of North Carolina.  Dr. Santa-Cruz is a 20 year plus member of the American Urology Association and the Society of Robotic Surgery.  Dr. Santa-Cruz is certified with the Federal Aviation Administration as an aviation medical examiner and can perform medical physicals for pilots.

Wound Care​

Sally Farquhar APRN:

Dr. Hinze
Sally graduated with her degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from UNMC in 2014.  She then worked for Tri Valley Health System before taking time off for her family.   Sally is now providing care in the Advanced Wound Care Clinic on Thursdays in Cambridge.

For other specialties such as psychiatry and neurology or for visits with a specialist between their regularly scheduled outreach clinic at Tri Valley, patients are able to connect with medical professionals through Telemedicine. Tri Valley currently has two systems utilized for patient care as well as staff training.
