Welcome to our "Send A Smile" Patient Messaging Service!
Would you like to send a "get-well" note or a "hello" to one of our patients? Use the form below to bring a smile to a patient's face!
Here are a few things to note:
- Messages will be delivered between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, which will be during our normal administrative business hours. If we receive your message on a weekend or holiday, every effort will be made to deliver it as soon as it can be retrieved, or the following business day, whichever comes first.
- Messages can NOT be forwarded to dismissed patients, and patients will not have access to reply to your message through this system.
- Confidentiality of your message can not be guaranteed! Please use care, and do not send sensitive subject matter. * All messages MUST be signed. And please make them brief!
- TVHS assumes no liability whatsoever of any kind for the message and information contained in the message sent to the patient, nor for messages that are lost, accidentally deleted, or misdirected.
