Healthy in the Heartland & Tri Valley Women’s Health

“Healthy Women in the Heartland”, is a free program for women of all ages. Members will receive a yearly birthday gift from Tranquil Valley Health Spa, a discount on yoga punch cards, a monthly newsletter discussing women’s health and discounts to selected events including Tri Valley’s health fairs and the annual Women’s Day of Enrichment.
