Tri Valley Medical Foundation

Thanks to their generous gifts, donors to the Medical Foundation have helped the Tri Valley Health System achieve excellence in equipment, facilities and programs. The hospital and other elements of Tri Valley Health System are grateful for the support and advances in medical technology this generous giving has allowed. The Foundation team is grateful for the generous contributions received through the years and is ready to assist those wishing to help in the future.



You are invited to contact any member of the foundation board of directors or staff to assist you with your giving arrangements. The directors are Betty Jorgensen, president; George Probasco, vice president; Morgan Farquhar, treasurer; Jaccie Morgan, secretary; and Judy Jackson, Don Harpst, Jackie Shoemaker, and Doug Claussen board members. Jan Riley is the employee representative, Cathy Kubik represents the TVHS Board of Directors.

TVMF Scholarship Applications are available at area high school counselors’ offices and on the website, www.trivalleyhealth.com . Students who have been awarded the scholarships in the past need to reapply to be considered again this year.
