LABORATORY DIRECTOR; Job # 230-1
FT position; Directs the budgetary, purchasing, staffing and related aspects of laboratory work. Supervises professional and technical laboratory personnel. Directs quality control program to ensure high quality diagnostic testing and all laboratory activities comply with organization and regulatory agency standards.  Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or medical technology from an accredited institution required. Three to five years laboratory equivalent experience required. Progressive management experience preferred.

 

DIRECTOR OF CLINIC OPERATIONS; Job # 630-1: FT position; Manages clinics by setting objectives, planning, staffing and directing activities. Ensures efficient, economic and quality performance to support or provide quality health care services in accordance with current medical practices and standards of care; appropriate licensing regulations; local, state, and federal laws. Recommends administrative policy changes and consults with and advises CEO of problems related to clinic operations. Responsible for communications with medical staff and the community. Supervises clinic operations staff and others within the clinics. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Nursing, Public Health, Health Care Administration, or other related field. Master’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in a health management position. 

 

REGISTERED NURSE POSITIONS:

HOSPITAL RN:

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical, OB, post-partum, nursery, outpatient, and Emergency Department setting.  Communicates with providers/leadership team/other departments/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.  Must be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.  Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.  Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.

Job # 107-3: FT night shift position, (6pm-6am), * $5,000 Sign-on-Bonus

Job # 107-9: FT night shift position, (6pm-6am), * $5,000 Sign-on-Bonus

Job # 107-13: FT night shift position, (6pm-6am), * $5,000 Sign-on-Bonus

 

SPECIALTY CLINIC NURSE:

Responsible for the overall care of patients seeking treatment in the Specialty Clinic. Ensures patient comfort before, during and after medical appointments and procedures with visiting providers. Provides direct patient care and is responsible for acting as liaison between patient and provider, ensuring a seamless transition from diagnosis to treatment. Coordinates patient flow for the visiting provider through telephone response, exam and procedure assistance, and patient education. Administers a variety of infusion therapies, monitors and records results for physicians. Coordinates services with lab and other entities participating in the patients' care. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required. 

Job # 164-3: PT position, 24 hours per week (8am-5pm)

 

CARE COORDINATOR RN-
Job # 630-9:
FT day shift position (8am-5pm); Coordinates team-based care to provide health services to individuals, through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources, and their medical providers. Facilitates a “shared goal model” within and across settings to achieve coordinated high-quality care that is patient- and family-centered. Responsible for performing the preliminary exam for Medicare Wellness visits and assisting clinic staff with daily duties.  Previous experience in caring for chronic disease patients, 3-5 years of experience in clinical or community health settings preferred, Previous Care Coordinator, Case Management or Home Health experience preferred. Current Nebraska licensure as a Registered Nurse required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.  * $2,500 Sign-on-Bonus

 

MANOR RN/LPN:

Job # 170-5: PT Night position

Job # 170-9: FT night position * $5,000 Sign-on-Bonus

Supervises nursing staff in addition to providing direct nursing care to residents.  Performs administrative duties such as maintaining patient records and addressing questions and concerns from residents and staff. Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required. 

 

NURSE AIDE/MED AIDE POSITIONS:

MANOR C.N.A. or MEDICATION AIDE:

Job # 170-25: PT Days- Every other weekend

Job # 170-32: PT Days- Every other weekend

Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN.  Assists residents with personal care and comfort.  Current Certification as a Nurse Aide with the State of NE or successful completion of the required 75-hour Nurse Aide class within 120 days of employment.

 

CLERICAL POSITION:

PATIENT ACCOUNTING COMMUNICATIONS REPRESENTATIVE; Job #330-5: 

FT position; Receives and relays incoming telephone calls for the facility. Provides directory information, transfers calls as appropriate. Acts as information source for visitors. Responsible for assisting with billing and recovery of accounts receivables. Verifies correct patient and insurance information on file.

 

MEDICAL RECORDS CODER; Job #313-4: FT position; Assigns ICD-9 CM diagnosis and procedure codes to patient records and forwards reports as requested. Compile, process, and maintain medical records of hospital and clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system. Process, maintain, compile, and report patient information for health requirements and standards in a manner consistent with the healthcare industry's numerical coding system.  RHIT, CPC or CCS certification preferred, 1-2 years similar work experience, Previous experience or education in coding required, Must have knowledge of CMS and state charting requirements.

 

HOSPITALITY SERVICES POSITIONS:
NUTRITION SERVICES ASSISTANT: Performs a variety of food service duties including cleaning dishes, food prep equipment and utensils, and cleaning of kitchen work areas. Serves water, coffee, and tea for Manor residents, and restocks items as needed.

Job # 326-18:  FT day position

 

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ASSISTANT:  Maintains and preserves a clean and safe environment in all facilities along with aiding in infection control by utilizing proper cleaning techniques.  Previous institutional cleaning experience preferred, but will train the right person.  BLS Certification within 90 days of hire.
