MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST/MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN; Job #230-2:
FT position; The successful candidate will be responsible for performing phlebotomy when necessary, properly identifying the patient and preparing the specimens for testing. The Medical Technologist/Med Lab Technician will be conducting chemical analysis of body fluids, blood and urine to determine presence of normal and abnormal components to obtain data for the use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Rotating on-call is required for this position. Successful completion of an accredited Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Technician program and equivalent training, education and experience. FT position; To provide direct clinical coordination and expertise, ensuring a safe, effective practice environment, which supports the management of acute patient flow in the Perioperative Department. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required. BSN in nursing or working towards the same preferred. Significant clinical experience in a Perioperative department required. NUTRITION SERVICES COOK: Prepares portions and serves all food for residents. Determines amounts to prepare and directs dietary assistants as needed. Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ASSISTANT: Maintains and preserves a clean and safe environment in all facilities along with aiding in infection control by utilizing proper cleaning techniques. Previous institutional cleaning experience preferred, but will train the right person. BLS Certification within 90 days of hire.
