FT position; The successful candidate will be responsible for performing phlebotomy when necessary, properly identifying the patient and preparing the specimens for testing.  The Medical Technologist/Med Lab Technician will be conducting chemical analysis of body fluids, blood and urine to determine presence of normal and abnormal components to obtain data for the use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.  Rotating on-call is required for this position.  Successful completion of an accredited Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Technician program and equivalent training, education and experience. Certification with a National Certification Agency is required. (New graduates welcome to apply).  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required. 



FT day position; Coordinates team-based care to provide health services to individuals, through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources, and their medical providers. Facilitates a “shared goal model” within and across settings to achieve coordinated high-quality care that is patient- and family-centered. Responsible for performing the preliminary exam for Medicare Wellness visits and assisting clinic staff with daily duties.  Previous experience in caring for chronic disease patients, 3-5 years of experience in clinical or community health settings preferred, Previous Care Coordinator, Case Management or Home Health experience preferred. Current Nebraska licensure as a Registered Nurse required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required. 


FT position; To provide direct clinical coordination and expertise, ensuring a safe, effective practice environment, which supports the management of acute patient flow in the Perioperative Department.   Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  BSN in nursing or working towards the same preferred. Significant clinical experience in a Perioperative department required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) validation required.  Current Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within the first year of employment.




Job # 170-9:  FT night position, $3,000 for LPN/$5,000 for RN Sign on Bonus

Job # 170-5: PT Night position

Job # 170-11: PRN Fills in gaps as needed

Supervises nursing staff in addition to providing direct nursing care to residents.  Performs administrative duties such as maintaining patient records and addressing questions and concerns from residents and staff. Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.




Job # 170-15: FT Evening- * $2,000 Sign-on-Bonus

Job # 170-19: PT Evening
Job # 170-25: PT Days- Every other weekend
Job # 170-32: PT Days- Every other weekend

Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN.  Assists residents with personal care and comfort.  Current Certification as a Nurse Aide with the State of NE or successful completion of the required 75-hour Nurse Aide class within 120 days of employment.

Job # 175-2: PT position, 8 hour shifts

Job # 175-7: PRN – Fills in gaps as needed

Under specific instructions, administers routine resident care and medications as specified according to the Assisted Living policy and procedures under the direct supervision of the Licensed Professional Nurse. Perform duties such as bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens. Must be certified as a Medication Aide-40 hour in the State of NE is required.



FT day position; This position will be a back-up for the administration and patient accounting departments.  Responsible for promoting all activities, programs and special projects of the facility; Participates in the marketing plan process through market research, market analysis and marketing tactics; Assists the director with department responsibilities. Receives and relays incoming telephone calls for the facility. Provides directory information, transfers calls as appropriate. Acts as information source for visitors. Responsible for assisting with billing and recovery of accounts receivables. Verifies correct patient and insurance information on file. An associate's degree in business or equivalent experience in advertising or marketing is preferred. 


PATIENT ACCOUNTING REGISTRATION REPRESENTATIVE Job #330-5: FT position; Greets and registers all patients coming into the hospital. Verifies correct patient and insurance information on file. Answers the telephone and acts as information source for visitors.


PLAZA COOK; Job # 180-5:   PRN Plaza position; Fills in gaps as needed; Prepares portions and serves all food for residents. Determines amounts to prepare and directs dietary assistants as needed. Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary.


NUTRITION SERVICES ASSISTANT: Performs a variety of food service duties including cleaning dishes, food prep equipment and utensils, and cleaning of kitchen work areas. Serves water, coffee, and tea for Manor residents, and restocks items as needed.

Job #326-22: PT position


ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ASSISTANT:  Maintains and preserves a clean and safe environment in all facilities along with aiding in infection control by utilizing proper cleaning techniques.  Previous institutional cleaning experience preferred, but will train the right person.  BLS Certification within 90 days of hire.

 Job #320-13: PT evening position; 10-15 hours per week;
