LABORATORY DIRECTOR; Job # 230-1
FT position; Directs the budgetary, purchasing, staffing and related aspects of laboratory work. Supervises professional and technical laboratory personnel. Directs quality control program to ensure high quality diagnostic testing and all laboratory activities comply with organization and regulatory agency standards.  Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or medical technology from an accredited institution required. Three to five years laboratory equivalent experience required. Progressive management experience preferred.  *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus.

 

 

REGISTERED NURSE POSITIONS:

CLINIC TRIAGE NURSE-RN; Job #630-20

FT Day position; Responsible for the patient flow for the assigned provider through telephone response, triage and appointment scheduling, exam and procedure assistance, patient education, patient recall and direct communication with the provider.  Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.  *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus

CLINIC RN/LPN; Job #630-21

FT day position; Responsible for the patient flow for the assigned provider through telephone response, triage and appointment scheduling, exam and procedure assistance, patient education, patient recall and direct communication with the provider. Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.  *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus.

 

MANOR RN or LPN; Job # 170-5

PT night charge nurse position (every 3rd weekend and 1 NOC per week) available; Assesses, plans, and implements the nursing care of residents within the Manor.  Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNA’s and supportive staff members.  Current RN or Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.  Excellent Shift Differential Pay!

 

HOSPITAL RN; Job # 107-14

FT night shift position, (6pm-6am):  Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical, OB, post-partum, nursery, outpatient, and Emergency Department setting.  Communicates with providers/leadership team/other departments/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.  Must be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.  Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.  Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.  *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus & $4,000 Sign-on-Bonus.


PERIOPERATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR; Job # 215-1
FT position; To provide direct clinical coordination and expertise, ensuring a safe, effective practice environment, which supports the management of acute patient flow in the Perioperative Department.   Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  BSN in nursing or working towards the same preferred. Significant clinical experience in a Perioperative department required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) validation required.  Current Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within the first year of employment. *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus.

  

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE POSITIONS:


MANOR LPN: Job # 170-11: PRN Fills in gaps as needed

Job # 170-9: FT Night position, *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus & $3,000 Sign-on-Bonus.
Supervises nursing staff in addition to providing direct nursing care to residents.  Performs administrative duties such as maintaining patient records and addressing questions and concerns from residents and staff. Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.

 

SPECIALTY CLINIC LPN; Job #164-4

PRN position; Responsible for the overall care of patients seeking treatment in the Specialty Clinic. Ensures patient comfort before, during and after medical appointments and procedures with visiting providers. Provides direct patient care and is responsible for acting as liaison between patient and provider, ensuring a seamless transition from diagnosis to treatment. Coordinates patient flow for the visiting provider through telephone response, exam and procedure assistance, and patient education. Administers a variety of infusion therapies, monitors and records results for physicians. Coordinates services with lab and other entities participating in the patients' care. Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.

 

CLINIC LPN or MEDICAL ASSISTANT; Job #630-14

FT day position; Responsible for the patient flow for the assigned provider through telephone response, triage and appointment scheduling, exam and procedure assistance, patient education, patient recall and direct communication with the provider. Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant licensure in the State of Nebraska required.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.  *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus.

 

NURSE AIDE/MED AIDE POSITIONS:


MANOR C.N.A. or MEDICATION AIDE:

Job # 170-32: FT Evening – (1:45 PM – 10:15 PM), 3-4 days per week, *$2,000 Sign-on bonus & eligible for a monthly retention bonus.
Job # 170-19: PT Days – (5:45AM-1:15PM)
Job # 170-23: PT Evening – Only every other weekend
Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN.  Assists residents with personal care and comfort.  Current Certification as a Nurse Aide with the State of NE or successful completion of the required 75-hour Nurse Aide class within 120 days of employment.


ASSISTED LIVING MEDICATION AIDE:

Job # 175-2:  PT – Choice of either Day (7 AM – 3 PM) -or- Evening (3 PM – 11 PM) two 8 hour shifts, every-other weekend.
Job # 175-7: PRN – Fills in gaps as needed

Under specific instructions, administers routine resident care and medications as specified according to the Assisted Living policy and procedures under the direct supervision of the Licensed Professional Nurse. Perform duties such as bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens. Must be certified as a Medication Aide-40 hour in the State of NE is required.

 

NUTRITION SERVICES POSITIONS:
NUTRITION SERVICES ASSISTANT

Job #326-11: FT position; 4-5 days per week *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus.

Job #326-13: PT position

Performs a variety of food service duties including cleaning dishes, food prep equipment and utensils, and cleaning of kitchen work areas. Serves water, coffee, and tea for Manor residents, and restocks items as needed. 

 

PLAZA NUTRITION SERVICES ASSISTANT

Job #180-7:  PRN position, 2-3 days a week, 5-7 PM, Performs a variety of food service duties including cleaning dishes, food prep equipment and utensils, and cleaning of kitchen work areas.

 

HOSPITAL COOK; Job # 326-22: PT position; Prepares portions and serves all food for patients, residents, and/or staff. Determines amounts to prepare and directs dietary assistants as needed. Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary.

 

PLAZA COOK; Job # 180-4: FT Plaza position; 30 hours per week.  Prepares portions and serves all food for residents. Determines amounts to prepare and directs dietary assistants as needed. Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary. *Eligible for a monthly retention bonus.
