CLINIC LPN:
FT position.
Responsible primarily for phone triage and provider support, answering and
triaging patient phone calls, working with providers to get patient
questions answered efficiently. Calling other specialty offices to set
up referral appointments, and calling patients with test results.
Primarily Cambridge clinic and Monday thru Friday 9 to 5:30. No
evenings or weekends. Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
in the State of Nebraska required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) validation required.
ENVIRONMENTAL
SERVICES ASSISTANT:
FT & PT positions available,
Maintains and preserves a
clean and safe environment in all facilities along with aiding in infection
control by utilizing proper cleaning techniques.
Previous institutional cleaning experience preferred, but will train
the right person.
CLINICAL INFORMATICS SPECIALIST:
FT, Responsible for
providing leadership and direction in planning and administration of
information technology projects that impact all clinical departments.
Will act as a liaison between the clinical departments and IT which
includes overseeing the adoption and effective use of technologies
supporting Electronic Medical Records.
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred in Nursing.
RN license desirable, other clinical background will be considered.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
FT,
Provides general maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and
plumbing systems including grounds maintenance, operation of boiler, and
minor carpentry services to provide a steady operation at all TVHS
facilities. Must have a valid
Driver’s License in the State of Nebraska with less than three moving
violations & no alcohol or drug-related violations.
Two years institutional maintenance experience preferred.
MEDICAL CLINICS EXECUTIVE:
FT position. Responsible for the operational aspects and business
management and leadership of three medical clinics with six providers,
nursing staff, admissions and support staff. Includes management of
the medical staff and acting as a liaison between administration and the
providers. Responsible for
provider’s schedules in clinic as well as hospital call coverage, provider
and staff licensure, certifications, etc.
Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory agency conditions, standards and
elements of standards. Previous
clinic administration experience preferred.
Training and experience in business operations, accounting principles
including accounts receivable management, human resource skills and three
years previous healthcare experience strongly desired. Requires a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business or equivalent experience in a business related field.
MEDICATION AIDE:
PRN Assisted Living position,
Provides direct and indirect
patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN.
Assists residents with personal care and comfort.
Current Certification as a Nurse Aide and Medication Aide-40 hour in
the State of Nebraska.
NUTRITION COOK/DIETARY ASSISTANT: PRN
position. Prepares portions and
serves all food for patients, residents, and/or staff.
Determines amounts to prepare and directs dietary assistants as
needed. Responsible for keeping
work area clean and sanitary.
Responsible for following patient/resident menus accurately and for the
proper cleaning and sanitation of soiled dishes, and pots and pans.
Responsible for assisting the cook with dietary needs.
