Tri Valley Health Systems' Medical Staff possesses training that is diverse and comprehensive, including pediatrics, surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics, gynecology and community medicine.
Dr. Kaspar-Cope completed her undergraduate work at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and then entered the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she earned her M.D. in 1993. Dr. Kaspar-Cope is board certified in Family Medicine and has been since 1996 upon completion of her residency training in the Primary Care Program. Dr. Kaspar-Cope is a member of the Regional Head Start Medical Advisory Board and has served as Associate Medical Director for the Good Samaritan Hospice Board.
Dr. Deaver attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1980. He went on to attend the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, where he received his M.D. in 1984 and completed his residency at the University Hospital in Omaha in 1987. Dr. Deaver has been with Tri Valley Health System since 1987 as a family practice provider. Dr. Deaver is Medical Director for the Cambridge, Wilsonville and Hendley EMT Services. He is also a neonatal resuscitation instructor. Dr. Deaver provides OB/GYN services and is very involved with Nuclear Medicine in conjunction with Bryan Health.
Originally from Chappell, Nebraska, Dr. Jaeger received her undergraduate degree from Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa in 1994 with majors in biology and bio-chemistry. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 1998 and completed a three-year family practice residency program in Cheyenne, Wyoming in June, 2001.
Following graduation from Perkins County High School in Grant, Paul attended Chadron State College. From there, he went to Omaha to attend the Physician Assistant's program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has been employed by Tri Valley Health System since 1976 and has been board certified since 1977. Paul was the Nebraska PA of the Year in 1994 and again in 1999 and was the recipient of the Caring Kind Award in 1993. Paul is active in the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants, having served as a board member and president and is also an instructor of Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Kyleen completed her undergraduate work at the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2005 and was awarded her Master of Physician Studies (MPAS) degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 2007. Kyleen practices Family Medicine and also runs Tri Valley Allergy Clinic along with Dr. Deaver.
Jim was raised in Alliance, Nebraska and attended Chadron State College prior to graduating from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1997. Before recently joining Tri Valley Health System, Jim worked in a Rural Health Clinic in Crawford and Family Practice/ER in Chadron until 2005 when he moved to McCook to work in Orthopedic Surgery. Jim and Brett Schmitz, PA-C are co-owners and operators of Quality Urgent Care in McCook.
Brett grew up in Bassett, Nebraska. He received his undergraduate degree from Northeast College in Norfolk, Nebraska. After being awarded the National Health Service Core Scholarship, he graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Physician Assistant Program in 1993. He practiced in McCook for the last eighteen years providing care in family practice and Emergency Medicine. In 2011 he was elected to a three year position on the State Trauma Board. Brett is active in the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants and is an instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is board certified in Family Practice Medicine through the NCCPA. Brett and Jim Allen, PA-C are co-owners and operators of Quality Urgent Care in McCook.
Originally from Axtell, Nebraska, Nicole received her undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska at Kearney. She was awarded her Master of Physicians Studies (MPAS) degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 2012.
Born and raised in Cambridge, Alysia completed her undergraduate degree at Chadron State College where she was a part of the Rural Health Opportunities Program (RHOP). Alysia graduated from Chadron in 2009, with a major in biology and minor in psychology. Alysia went on to receive her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 2012. Alysia is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants (NAPA).
